Don't fly Wizz Air!

Wizz Air is a dishonest company that cancels flights and makes it impossible to get a refund. Don't fly with them.

Wizz Air cancelled my flight from BUD to TLV 4 hours after it was scheduled, after multiple delays, and didn't provide a refund back to my credit card. You can read more about my experience on my Twitter.

Date picker seems broken on @wizzair web site in number of ways (freezes/crashes page, wrong date chosen). Twitter search shows this happening for at least a week globally. any answers @wizzair?

Similar experience. The website is designed to make it impossible to receive fair customer service. It’s so bad that I’d say it’s foul business practice. First I couldn’t check in online so had to pay £75 at the airport. Can’t submit a complaint online as the form disappears.
